Uploaded technical files may contain geometry, dimensions, product concepts, assembly notes, or other confidential business information. Users should submit only the information needed for quote review and should mark special handling requirements in the project notes. When a buyer sends a revised file, the service record may retain revision history so the team can understand which assumptions changed between quote versions.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to inquiries, provide additive manufacturing guidance, process quote requests, manufacture ordered parts, maintain project records, improve service workflows, and meet legal or commercial obligations. Sculpteo does not use customer project files for unrelated public marketing without permission.
